"Bowman" Who we are?

Jiangsu Bowman Science & Technology Co.,Ltd.(Changzhou Jintan Bowman Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd.) is a manufacturer specialized in designing, developing and producing automotive rubber parts and silicone rubber parts. Founded in 1990, our company occupies 20,000 square meters and has about 136 employees. Our company is located in Jintan, Jiangsu, to the west of Shanghai and to the east of Nanjing, and it’s only 2-hour-driving from Shanghai.

Jintan Bowman has been focusing on the field of automotive rubber parts for over twenty years. And our main products are widely used in automotive body system, steering system, electrical and electronic system. Recently, we have adjusted our development strategy and expanded our business scope, developing and producing various plastic parts, as well as rubber parts for household electrical appliances and electrical tools.

There are approximate 100 sets of production equipments in our company, such as computer numerical control (CNC), automatic dosing machine, internal mixer, open mill, automatic vulcanization press, injection molding machine, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection molding machine and so on. Thus, we are able to implement the whole production process of rubber parts, from developing tolling, preparing recipe, internal mixing to vulcanization, trimming, etc. Our annual output value is over 80 million RMB.

We have the certificates of IATF16949:2016、ISO14001:2015 and GB/T28001-2011. And we possess profile projector, vulcameter, ageing oven, ozone ageing chamber, hardness tester, force gauge and so on, which guarantees that we can manufacture various products with high quality and high precision.

We always stick to the quality policy of “Customer First, Continuous Improvement”, and keep aiming at the demand of customers. We have established a strict and complete quality control system, which ensures the quality of our products and helps us to earn the good graces of our clients. At present, we have established long-term cooperation relations with foreign and domestic automotive harness and connector manufacturers, such as Delphi, Sumitomo, Yazaki, Huguang, Zhongke, Unistar, Ruichang and so on. Furthermore, our products have been exported to several countries, like the U.S.A., Brazil, India, Malaysia and so on.
